From Farm to Table, with Heart: Thermomix Philippines Partners with Rural Rising

At Thermomix Philippines, we’ve always believed that food has the power to transform lives — not just through healthier meals or faster cooking, but through the deeper stories behind every ingredient and every shared table.

This is why we’re incredibly honored to announce our new partnership with Rural Rising Philippines (RuRi) — a nonprofit organization that has made it their mission to uplift Filipino farmers and rescue perfectly good produce from going to waste.

RuRi isn’t just about vegetables. They are about farmers, fairness, and the future. With over 50,000 members and 300,000 followers, they’ve built a national movement rooted in compassion, community, and common sense: when you support farmers directly and cut out the middlemen, you create a cycle that benefits everyone. Farmers earn better, consumers save more, and food doesn’t get thrown away — it gets eaten.

That mission deeply resonates with ours.

We believe in making home cooking easy, fast, healthy, and joyful. We believe in strengthening families through shared meals. And we believe that anyone — no matter their background — should have the chance to turn their kitchen into a space of creativity, wellness, and even income.  

Through this partnership, we’re weaving together our strengths:

  • Sourcing RuRi produce for our cooking demos, events, and Advisor activities

  • Volunteering at RuRi events, where our Thermomix Advisors show how to turn farm-fresh produce into delicious, nutrient-packed meals in minutes

  • Launching a RuRi Rescue Kitchen model, where surplus produce is cooked in batches using Thermomix and turned into high-value products like jam, sauces, soups, and more

  • Empowering micro-entrepreneurs through Cook & Earn workshops that teach them how to create income using rescued produce and a Thermomix

  • And together, telling stories that matter — stories of purpose, creativity, and shared impact

This isn’t just a collaboration. It’s a shared belief that food should be fair, accessible, meaningful, and most of all, never wasted.
